Payments are processed directly by our third-party payment providers (including GCash, PayMaya, Visa, and Mastercard), who handle and secure your payment details under their own privacy and security policies.
  • Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited on our Site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).
  • Communications: any information you provide when you contact our customer support by phone, email, or in person, such as rebooking or complaint details.

We collect only the personal information reasonably necessary to process your booking, operate our services, and respond to your inquiries.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the personal information we collect to:

  • Process and confirm bus ticket bookings, including issuing e-ticket vouchers by email and SMS confirmations.
  • Verify your identity and reservation at the terminal or ticketing office before boarding.

Booking records are retained for 2 years from the date of travel.
